Gender, Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI) Impact

We offer a self-assessment tool for organisations to understand where they sit against key indicators for gender equity, racial equity and social inclusion.

We conduct an in-depth GESI review to assess your organisational culture as well as systems and processes to understand your baseline practice in relation to gender equity, racial equity and social inclusion. This involves:

  1. an audit of your key policies
  2. conducting staff surveys and key staff interviews, and
  3. facilitating staff reflection workshops

This offering adopts an organisation-wide listening and sentiment analysis approach which can be combined with the option of capacity strengthening workshops for your staff or leadership.

The findings from this review inform a tailored GESI Strategy and Action Plan to drive your desired change and impact.

We leverage our deep sector expertise to advise businesses and government on how to integrate, improve and measure social impact in a practical and effective way.

We draw on our global experience and local networks to provide context specific advice on how to strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems in frontier market economies.

We support SME’s to become sustainable and scalable enterprises within the context they operate in. We work with investors, government and enterprises to develop effective, context-specific impact investing strategies that integrate and leverage Gender Lens Investing (GLI).

Develop tailored impact measurement frameworks to enable systematic data evaluation and analysis to continually understand the effectiveness of the GESI initiatives within your organisation.

By 2028, female consumers will control around $15 trillion of global consumer spending.

 Gender Lens Investing (GLI) Advisory

We work with asset managers, family offices, foundations and companies to integrate GESI across the organisation's governance, operations, financial strategy, customer and beneficiary engagement.

We apply a gender lens to investment analysis and decision making, extending this across all asset classes, sectors and geographies.

We uncover the risks of overlooking GESI and identify future GESI trends that will impact the organisation’s governance and operations, and design with this in mind. We measure and evaluate the effectiveness of GESI initiatives to understand the correlation between financial returns and impact outcomes.

We are working with key industry partners to establish and strengthen the field of Gender Lens Investing (GLI) in Australia, SE Asia and The Pacific Isands.

We provide you with a comprehensive evidence base with the option of  implementing a co-designed approach to synthesising and validating the key findings.
