We are a cohort of interdisciplinary specialists, subject matter experts and experienced business leaders who are committed to correcting gender- and race-based disadvantage.
As a woman of colour founded and led organisation, we leverage our decades of professional and lived experience to support organisations to achieve their gender equality and social inclusion goals. Backed by data and our deep sector expertise, we design tailored solutions and capacity strengthening to support and improve operations, organisational objectives and financial outcomes. We work with organisations to translate these successes into long-term outcomes towards gender equality and sustainable impact.
We take an intersectional and a future-focussed approach to diversity and inclusion that addresses the interconnectedness of multiple facets of disadvantage. Our work is underpinned by a deliberate intent to mitigate the unintended consequences of gender strategies and policies in the workplace through considered and co-designed actions and measures.
Our mission is to correct gender-based disadvantage and inequity often amplified
by intersecting social characteristics such as age, class, sexuality,
race, ethnicity, religion, disability, and Aboriginality.
Honesty, Integrity, Transparency
Our relationships are based on trust. We operate with integrity and believe in radical transparency.
Future Focused
We are deliberate about having a future focus to enable us to solve the problems of tomorrow, today.
Equity
We believe in an equitable world and that equity leads to better business and a stronger future.
Good Judgement
We invest in having the best thinkers and robust data to enable sound and strategic decision-making.
Collaboration
We collaborate deeply with partners to leverage expertise, knowledge and skills outside our own to create solutions that are holistic, impactful, and sustainable for all.
