This offering includes an organisation-wide initial assessment to understand the current state of GESI within the organisation. Adopting a sentiment-analysis approach, this can include self-assessment scorecards, systems diagnostics, policies and procedures reviews, surveys and interviews and team workshops.


While concurrently working with leadership to determine an organisational GESI vision statement and goals, the findings from this review will inform a tailored GESI Strategy and Action Plan to drive the desired change and impact.
